If you have children, this is an activity they're sure to love—and honestly, adults enjoy it too! Just grab a crab-catching kit from the harbour, find a spot by the sea, and start crabbing. You’ll be amazed at the size of some of the crabs you can catch.

2) Go on a boat ride
If you and your pooch are craving some fresh sea air and a bit of wind in your hair (or fur), a boat ride might be just the thing for you. There are a few providers to choose from, offering ride lengths ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. These trips provide stunning views of Conwy Valley, West Shore, the Great Orme, and more. If you're a bird-watching enthusiast, you might even spot some interesting species along the way.

This beautiful trail offers spectacular views of Conwy itself and the surrounding rolling hills of Snowdonia. Top tip: Conwy can get a little busy during the summer period especially on weekends, but if you make sure to visit in the morning well before 11am or visit after 3pm the crowds can be a lot less. It's just something to consider if you have a nervous dog.
